摘　　要：在30侧灌注红色乳胶的成人上肢标本上重点观测了肩胛上动脉冈下支的走行、分布和吻合情况。设计了以该支血管为蒂的肩胛冈骨瓣移植为修复四肢长管骨缺损提供一种新的手术。The course,distribution and anastomosis of the infraspinous branch of suprascapular arterywere observed and measured in 30 upper limbs of cadavers injected with red dye.Based on the re- sults,scapular spine flap pedicled with the artery was designed to reconstruct the defects of longbone in extremities.
