氯氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐对中华按蚊和三带喙库蚊的毒效试验  被引量:1

The Toxic Effect of Cypermethrin-impregnated Bed Nets against Anopheles sinensis and Culex tritaeniorhynchus in the Experimental Hut

摘  要:普通棉纱蚊帐浸泡10%氯氰菊酯EC,浓度为60mg a.i/m^2。实验室的残效生物测试,对中华按蚊的毒杀率达50.0%以上,可维持14个月;在广州市近郊的番禺县大石镇洛溪村,以牛作诱饵,进行实验小屋试验,氯氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐后1年内对中华按蚊的平均毒杀率为54.2%,其中窗阱死亡率为45.2%,吸血率为3.1%;对三带喙库蚊的平均杀灭率54.2%,其中窗阱死亡率为43.4%,吸血率为1.1%。同时有增加窗阱逃入率的作用,对中华按蚊为30.1%,而对三带喙库蚊不很明显。在蚊帐穿孔(10×10cm)条件下,所有孔的面积之和占蚊帐面积的5%,浸泡蚊帐后8个月内对中华按蚊的杀灭率为35.8~76.1%。对三带喙库蚊的杀灭率为53.5~64.2%;且可降低吸血率,中华按蚊为23.2%,三带喙库蚊为46.8%。研究结果表明:氯氰菊酯浸泡蚊帐具有毒杀、接触兴奋驱避和降低吸血率的作用,但未见有明显减少飞入屋内蚊虫数量的拒虫作用。The bed nets impregnated with 60mg a.i/m^2 Cypermethrin against mosquitos was conducted in the experimental huts.Both the average mortality of An.sinensis and C. tritaeniorhynchus were 54.2% with the treated net in one year after treatment. Meanwhile, the exit rate of An.sinensis increased 30.1%, but C.tritaeniorhynchus did not increase obviously. More than 50.0% mortality of An.sinensis during exposed 30 minutes in the residual bioassay were obtained with the treated net in the 14 months after treatment. The Cypermethria-treated bed net with holes was also tested. The size of each hole was 10×10cm and all the holes in the perforated net is analogous to 5% of the surface area of the net.The treated net with holes on An.sinensis eaused 35.8-76.1% mortality in the 8 months after impregnating and 53.5-64.2% mortality on C. tritaeniorhynchus respectively. By comparison with control hut, the perforated treated net reduced the engorgement rate by 23.2% for An.sinensis and 46.8% for C. tritaeniorhynchus.
