耳蜗性听力损失与重振测验之关系

摘  要:33例(46耳)平坦型及下降型耳蜗性听力损失患者进行31Kz、2Kz及4KHz声反射及微增敏指数(SISI)测试,发现不同纯音听力图型在同一频率上其重振测验结果不同,平坦型听力损失在1KHz至4KHz时均能反映重振;下降型听力损失在1KHz时不能反映重振,而在4KHz时能敏感反映重振,其重振阳性率随刺激声频率升高而增高.测试结果提示:感音性聋者进行重振测试时不能常规选择1KHz作为测试频率,应根据不同听力图型选择不同的频率进行测试.因此,临床上鉴别耳蜗性聋及蜗后性聋时应考虑这些因素的存在.46 ears with slat hearing losses and slope hearing losses were given 1KHz, 2KHz, 4KHz acoustic reflex test and SISI test respectively. The results showed that at the same frequency, different audiomentric configuration had different results. Flat hearing losses could reflect recruitment between 1KHz and 4KHz , slope hearing losses couldnt reflect recruitment at 1KHz, however, It could reflect it significantly at 4KHz. The positive incidence increaced with increaced frequency of stimulus. The results suggested that: To test recruitment of sensory hearing lossers, different frequency should be choosed according to different acoustic configuration instead of choosing 1KHz as usual, and these factors should be considered in distineting cochelear hearing losses and after cocheleear hearing losses.
