消化系疾病血清、尿液微量元素的检测及临床意义

摘　　要：本文检测了38例消化系癌肿患者,32例消化系非癌肿疾病患者血清、尿液Cu、Zn、Mn等微量元素,发现消化系癌肿病人血清Cu,尿Zn值升高,血清Zn,尿Mn值下降,血清Cu/Zn比值升高,这些变化可能对鉴别消化系疾病和临床观察有一定的帮助.This article deal with the assay of Cu、Zn、Mn in serum, urine of 38 patients with malignant lesion of alimentary tract and 32 patients with benign lesion of alimentary tract. The result showed that: Serum Cu levels and Cu/Zn ratio and urine Zn levels in malignant tumor group were significantly higher than in healthy group; Serum Zn levels and urine Mn levels in malignant rumor group were lower than in healhy control group. These result suggested that alteration of levels of trace elements might be a helpful clue in differentiating benign disease and carcinoma during follow up observation.
