摘  要:本文利用线性规划法和武汉市某医院最近一年各种医疗服各量建立了线性规划模型,用QSB软件求出医院各病区收治病人数的最优解以及各病区病人平均住院日减少一天、二天、三天时的最优解。结果表明,各病区病人平均住院日减少两天时各种医疗设施可以更充分利用,该院全年收治病人数应为23725人次。根据该结果可以制定各病区收治病人计划。Linear programming model was set up by using the method of linear programming and the quantity of medical services in one hospital in Wuhan city. The optima! solution was found by using QSB software. We also got the optimal solution for average days of inpatients decreased by one, two and three days. The result shows that all the medical services could be more fully used if average days for inpatients decreased by two days and that 23725 inpatients were admitted for one year for the hospital. Optimal number of admitting inpatients plan for every department could be worked out according to the result.
