72例疤痕疙瘩综合治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：采取综合疗法治疗疤痕疙瘩72例,行手术切除病灶,再行局部注射醋酸确炎舒松A,治愈率为95.9%,有效率为100%,随访时间最长3年,最短1年,凡系统治疗者尚无复发.72 cases of patients with keloids have been treated with the combined treatment. It included the excision of the keloids and then local injection of triamcinoloni acetatis. The cure rate was 95.5% and the effective rate was 100%. The follow-up perild was 1~3 years-Recurrence was not seen in the patients who had recieved the systymatic treatment. The cure effect was satisfactory.
