摘  要:为阐明苦参、甘草、枸杞子的抗过敏机制,本文观察了3种中药对小鼠IgE抗体合成及其T细胞亚群的影响。采用被动皮肤过敏试验检测血清IgE水平;间接空斑形成细胞法检测抗体形成细胞;间接免疫荧光法检测淋巴结T_H/Ts比值。结果甘草明显抑制小鼠IgE水平及抗体形成细胞。T_H/Ts比值倒置,枸杞子抑制小鼠血清IgE,T_H/Ts比值下降,但对抗体形成细胞无显著抑制作用。苦参对小鼠血清IgE、抗体形成细胞及T_H/Ts比值均无明显影响。The effects of LLA SFA GUF on the IgE antibody synthesis and T cell subset of mice were studied. The IgE titer of serum and the antibody forming cells of spleen and the Tn/Ts rate of lym phatic node of mice were measured by means of passive cutaneas anaphylaxis test (PCA ). plaque forming cells assay (PFC) and indirect immunofkiresccnce techniques (IlF).The results indicated that the serum IgE titer and the antibody forming cells of mice were significant decreased,and the Tn/Ts rate was inverted by GUF. The results showed that LLA had the inhibition effect on the IgE titer and reduced the Tn/Ts rate,but the antibody forming cells were almost not different from the control group ,SFA had nod siginificant effect on the serum IgE titer and antibody forming cells and Tn/Ts rate of mice.
