老年高血压、糖尿病、冠心病尿微量蛋白分析

摘　　要：作者对19例健康老年人及51例原发性高血压Ⅱ期、冠心病.Ⅱ型糖尿病等老年患者尿系列微量蛋白进行测定,结果:高血压、糖尿病患者尿微量蛋白明显高于健康老年人(P<0.01),冠心病组与健康老年人比较无差异,对高血压、糖尿病病人尿微量蛋白的检测,有助于早期判断这些疾病对肾脏的影响,为临床治疗提供依据。A series of microproteins from urine of 19 heahhy old people and 51 aged patients with primary hypertension(Stage Ⅱ)and coronary artery disease and diabetes mellitus(Type Ⅱ)has been detected.The result shows that the urinary microproteins in hypertension and diabetic patients is more than the healthy elderly.There is no difference between the group of coronary heart disease and the healthy elderly.Therefore,this study shows that the detection of microproteins in clinic is helpful to know the damage in kidney caused by hypertension and diabetes and to guide the clinical treatment.
