益钙宁对老年骨质疏松症骨密度减少的改善作用

摘　　要：益钙宁治疗18例老年骨质疏松症,并应用双能 X 线骨密度仪(DPX-L 型)测定腰椎或全身骨密度,结果表明,治疗后13例骨密度增加(72.2%),平均增加3.95%,减少5例(27.8%),平均减少2.46%。对照组10例中,增加2例(20%),平均增加0.85%,减少8例(80%),平均减少2.80%。益钙宁对老年骨质疏松症骨密度减少有良好改善作用。This paper reported the results of the BMD in lumbar or in whole body detected by Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DPX-L)during the pre-treatment and post-treatment with ELCITONIN on bone loss of 18 cases of the elderly osteoporosis.It show- ed that after treatment the BMD increased in 13 cases(72.2%)with an average growth 3.95%,and decreased in 5 cases(27.8%)with an average low 2.46%.In the 10 cases of control subjects there were 2 cases of increased BMD(20%)with an average growth 0.85%,and 8 eases of decreased BMD(80%)with an average low 2.80%.The study suggests the good improvement effect of ELCITONIN on bone loss of the elderdly osteoporosis.
