高压氧结合药物治疗小儿皮质盲

摘　　要：用高压氧疗法结合中西药物治疗小儿因中毒性脑病引起的皮质盲１０例，经１０～３０天治疗后，３例视力明显提高，７例有不同程度好转。作者认为用高压氧与药物综合治疗皮质盲是有效治疗方法。采用高压氧配合中药辩证施治，对改善脑功能与恢复视力有协同作用，可以提高疗效，缩短疗程，改善皮质盲的预后。Abstract This report includes 10 children cases withcortical blindncss bacausc of brain poisoning,Treat.ment Were done,with hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO).medicine and traditinonal chinese herbal,medicine. After 10 to 30 days,three cases of themimprovcd their vision remarkablly,the others alsogot better in different level. weconsider that this treatment with H BO anddrugs an effective method to cortical blindness, partic-ularly using the chinese traditional treatment withHBO, It′s good to improve the brain′ s function andresume the vision at the same time. It can raise theeffection of treatment,shorten the process of disease,improve the prognosis of cortical blindness.
