门电路心血池断层显像在冠心病中的应用——与平面显像比较

摘　　要：本文对18例正常人,15例心肌梗塞患者及19例心肌缺血者进行检查,发现正常组LVEF及RVEF均高于心梗及缺血组,正常组左右心室射血量均高于心梗及缺血组,而舒张末期及收缩末期容积正常组均小于心梗及缺血组,提示冠心病对左右心室收缩功能均有不同程度损害,而门电路心血池断层显像可清楚观查左右心室的室壁运动,为临床提供定量分析,可提高诊断的准确性。ECG-Gated blood pool tomography was used in 18 normal subjects, 15 patients with myocardial infarction and 19 with myocardial ischemia. It was found that LVEF, RVEF and ejection blood volume in the normal were higher than but, end-diastolic and systolic volumein the normal were lower than those in patients with infarction and ischemia. It is suggested that CAD may affect function of heart, and that ECG-Gated blood pool tomography may help check ventricular wall motion.
