摘 要:本文通过47只已经建立了肝硬化模型的大鼠进行半肝切除术后行自体肝细胞脾内移植,术后5个月进行肝细胞^(99m)Tc-EHIDA显像,结果与生化、组织化学和电镜比较,表明^(99同)Tc-EHIDA能准确地反映移植肝细胞的功能。临床初步应用提示能显示肝细胞存活状况。47 rates with liver cirrhosis founded experimentally underwent 50% hepatectomy, and auto -transplantation was performed into the spleen with suspensions of hepatocytes. 99mTc-EHIDA hepatocyte imaging was done 5 months later. The result was compared with those of physichemical, histochemical and eletron mcroscopic studies. It was showed that 99mTc -EHIDA could reflect the function of transplanted hepatocytes accurately. Preliminary clinical application showed that it could evaluate whether the hepatocytes were alive or not.
