摘  要:本文报告广西猕猴新品种GMm-Ns的两个家系(?)代,(?)4只猕猴颅的测量数值;两个家系F_2代两只猴丘脑内侧背核(MD)立体定位数值。非本品种猴颅、脑测量数值作对照。结果表明实验组颅型的遗传性以及脑内结构立体定位数值十分稳定。G-O_p/APO-O_p能作为种培殖脑研究专用实验猕猴及其质量监测指标。In order to settle the accuracy of the localization of the structures in the brain of macaque monkey with stereotaxic instrument, the F2 generation macaque monkey of a new variety, GMm-Ns, the ratio of G-Op/APO-Op<2 .5 ± 0 .1, for brain research has been bred, based on the finding of the laws of relationship between the exterior and interior structures of skulls and brains of Guangxi macaque monkey.In this paper, 24 cases of skull measuremend data were obtained in research in PG, F1, F2 of two families, 3 cases of skull and brain measurement data in a family of other variety as control. The data mentioned above has proved that the hereditary properties in the skull shape and the accuracy of localization of the structures in the brains of this variety are fairly stable; the ratio of G-Op/APO-Op can be used as a criterion for selecting, breeding the laboratory macaque monkey for brain research as Wellas examinating its qualities.
