摘　　要：本文通过对朝阳门社区连续性卫生服务调查的资料分析,探讨季节因素对医疗卫生服务供需的影响及连续性卫生服务调查方法在我国城市社区的应用。研究结果可为其他断面性卫生服务调查的数据调整提供依据。One of the coutinuously health services re- search was carried out in Chsoyangmen comm- unity of Beijing urban areas. From the results of the data analysis, to find the influence of season factor to the needs and uses of medical care services is significant. The disease within two weeks of residents has shown higher in June and December, end lower in Octobers and April. The respiratory system disease is main disease which changed following the season.The suggestion is to modify the level the needs and uses for the other health services research.
