摘 要:本文介绍了笔者开发的造纸过程计算机静态模拟软件GSP-A的结构原理,该软件能直接在微型计算机上对造纸过程的物料和热量平衡,以及成本等进行全面的模拟,模拟结果反映了真实过程的特性和行为,故可用于实际生产过程的检查管理,指导技术改造和实现工厂设计的最优化。最后使用该软件对某厂102纸机车间作了模拟计算,并对其结果进行了讨论。A generalized steady-stere simulator of papermaking process(GSP-A)was developed with personal com- puter Sun-286 and Super-PC/XT. GSP-A can be applied to simulate various kinds of papermaking process.By working out the mass,heat and economical balances of a papermaking process.it is possible to have the steam flowrate and consistency,paper ma- chine operzting variables.water.power and steam consumptions deducted.Production costs,total and sectional,can also be presented,It uses a modular concept and includes the following elements: 1.Lata input:“List-Directed Input”data file 2.Executive:written by FORTRAN,with functions of flowsheet partitioning,ordering and tearing. 3.Solution Algorithm:sequential-modular approach,with capability of calculating either in or counter flow- sheet direction and being accelarated by Bounded-Wegstein method. 4.Unit Modules:including unit modules of Mix,Split,Dilute,Heat etc.They can be composed to a modular flowsbmet to represent the papermaking process. 5.Physical Date Base:using C-dBASE Ⅲ with steam and psychrometric data and interpolating system. 6.Data Output:formulate output in data file,in the calculating base of per hour or per ton paper. GSP-A has many advantages such as generalization,high efficiency,flexibility and fast data input and out- put.It provides information in the Chinese language during simulating,so can be easily handled by Chinese opera- tors.GSP-A can be applied in the fileda of paper production,research,education and design. In order to verify the simulator,it was used to simulate the papermaking process in a paper mill.The results obtained have been used to improve the operations of the paper machine,white water recycling and cleaning sys- tem.
