摘　　要：本文介绍了一种民用飞机电子电气设备的评估方法。该方法巧妙地将复杂的多目标的飞机电子电气系统分解为简单的单目标系统进行评估,最后综合求出所需要的全部结果。本文还论述了飞机电子电气设备的评估目标、准则和指标的确定原则及评估的层次框图,并进一步介绍了如何借用层次分析法确定其相应的权值和如何在实际中应用该方法,同时给出了一系列计算公式。该评估方法简练、实用、可靠、适用性强。Introduced in the paper is a method for the evaluation of the electronic and electrical equipment on civil airplanes. Through the suggested method, the complicated multiple-criteria system of electronic and electrical equipment is dissected into several sim- ple single-criterion systems, and by way of synthesis all the necessary results can be ob- tained. The paper discusses, too, the evaluation targets, the principle used in determining criteria and indexes and the evaluation hierarchy block diagram. Furthermore, it shows how to use the method of multiple criteria analysis to determine the relevant weights and how to use the method in actual practice. Finally it gives a set of computative formulas. Concise, reliable and applicable, the method is an ideal one for evaluation.
