维生素C对再灌注心肌损伤的保护作用

摘  要:用健康 SD 大鼠复制心肌再灌注模型,动态监测维生素 C 治疗组与盐水对照组的血流动力学与心电图,并采用心肌电镜形态计量。实验结果表明,Vitc 能显著除低再灌注心律失常发生率与室颤死亡率;并能明显减轻心肌结构损害和功能异常,本实验结果支持自由基在心肌再灌注损伤发病机制中起重要作用的假说。Myocardial reperfusion model was established on 40 healthy Sprague-Dawley rats. The experimental animals were divided into saline control and vitamin-C-treated groups The parameters of hemodynamics were measured witha RM-6000 polygraph and the electron microscopic cell morphometry for myocardium was used.the results indicated that vitamin C remarkebly induced the incidence of arrhythmias after myocardial repe- rfusion and the mortality from ventricular fibrillation.In addition,vitamin C has protective effects on struture damage and depressed contractile function of myocardium caused dy ischemic reperfusion.Our results support the hypothesis that oxygen-free redical plays an important role in the pathogenesis of damage caused by reperfusion.
