摘 要:采用改订式选择性培养基,在临淄、东明、历城、邹平、临沂、平邑等地共测定72块西瓜地,枯萎病菌含量越高,发病越重;西瓜品种之间,土壤含菌量(F.o.n)差异显明,品种抗病性越高,土壤含菌量越低,预测土壤不同含菌量,采用相应防治措施,连作重病地防效达90.71%~94.79%,每亩增产1.13~5.8倍。The amount of Fusarium (F.o.n) in soil Samples taken from 72 fields planting watermelon in Lizhi city, Dongming county, Licheng city, Zhouping county, Linyi city and Pingyi county in Shan dong province were tested by modified selecting KomaDa.H medium which indicated that the more Fusarium (F.o.n) survived in the soil, the higher incidence of watermelon wilt occurred. The amount of Fusarium was decreased with the increase of varietal resistance to the disease. The excellent controlling rate (90.71%~94.79%) for wilt in result of high yield of watermelon by 113%~580%. was obtained by using control measures based on amount of Fusarium in continuous-cropping field.
