摘　　要：本文报告应用“WHO神经行为核心成套测验(NCTB)”及我国编制的临床记忆量表对124名粘胶纤维工及100名服务行业工人进行观察的结果。研究提示CS_2可影响人的行为功能,表现为情绪趋于焦虑、抑部、易怒、紧张慌乱、疲倦无力,同时有注意力/反应速度、记忆力、手操作能力及运动速度及心理稳定性的降低。多元方差分析表明接触CS_2工人神经行为功能的改变与接触毒物程度有关。NCTB对行为功能可进行定量评价,值得在我国职业流行病学研究中推广。临床记忆量表则可作为NCTB的补充测定项目。WHO Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery(NCTB) and clinical Memory Scale were per-formed in 124 workers exposed to carbon disul-fide of a viscose rayon factory and 100 none-xposed referents. The score of behavioral testseemed to be affected by carbon disulfide. Theprevalence of anxiety, depression, fatigue andconfusion was higher in exposed group thanphat in reference group. on the contrargThe test score of attention/response speed,memory, hand exercise ability, sport speedand psychic stability was significantly lowerin exposed subjects. Further analysis by multiple linear regres-sion indicated that the changes of neurobeha-vioral function were related to the exposurelevels of carbon disulfide. The method of WHONCTB is suitable for evaluating the behavioralfunction of workers exposed to neurotoxic che-micals in China and the clinical memory scalecan be used as a supplementary approach toNCTB.
