摘  要:将“洁净”长角血蜱成虫饲喂在人工感染卵形巴贝斯虫的牛体上,俟饱血脱落并产卵孵化后,利用其次代幼虫、若虫和成虫,分別叮咬感染健康易感牛,对牛体内裂殖体阶段的卵形巴贝斯虫形态进行了观察,结果,在幼虫、若虫和成虫感染牛的末梢血液、心、肝、脾、肺、肾、淋巴结切面刮取物和体表淋巴结穿刺物涂片的淋巴细胞中,均观察到了裂殖体。所见裂殖体有两种类型:即由小梨子形裂殖子组成的小裂殖体和由大梨子形裂殖子组成的大裂殖体。Parasite-free adult tick of Haemaphysalis longicornis was fed on artificial infected cattle with Babesia ovata, after engorging, ovipositing and incubating, which infected susceptible healthy cattle with larval, nymphal and adult ticks respectively. Schizont's developing stages of Babesia ovata in cattle were observed. The result showed that the sehizont was existent in the lymphocyte of smears of the peripheral blood, in scraps from the sections of heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidney, lymph nodes, and the body surface lymph nodes puncture of infected cattle. The schizont obsvered was classified into two types: (1) Microschizont consists of small pyriform merozoites (2) Macroschizont consists of large pyriform merozoites.
