摘 要:在分离获得的能有效降解直接大红、直接橙等多种偶氮染料的四株脱色菌组成的混合脱色菌种的基础上,用海藻酸钙包埋固定,在体积为6.8L的厌氧膨胀床上连续运行处理人工配制偶氮染料废水。通过对包埋条件比较选择,确定了适宜的包埋条件。研究了各种因素对脱色菌脱色性能及其在厌氧膨胀床运行结果的影响。结果表明,混合脱色菌种脱色最佳温度为28℃,适宜pH值为7.0~8.0。溶解氧的存在对偶氮染料降解不利。室温28~33℃、厌氧膨胀床进水色度200倍、COD642mg/l、容积负荷1.44kg/m3·d、停留时间10.0h等条件下,脱色率为92.3%,去除率62.9%。在推导建立固定化小球降解基质的数学模型基础上,用厌氧膨胀床动力学模式对试验数据进行了回归分析。A consecutive treatment is studied on man-made azo dying wastewater in a 6.8L Anaerobic Expanded Bed (AEB) using Calcium alginate immobilization on the basis of a mixed decolourizing microorganism group that consists of four strains isolated Highly effective Decolourizing Microorganisms (HDM) which can degrade such azo dyes as Direct Red, Direct Orange effectively. The appropriate immobilization condition is determined. Factors that affect the decolourizing properties of the HDMS and their operation in the AEB are investigated, the results show that the optimium temperature for decolourization of the HDMS is 28℃, the appropreate pH value range is 7.0~8.0. The existance of the dissolved oxygen is unfavorable to the degradation of the azo dyes. Under the conditions of a indoor temperature of 28~33℃, the AEB influent hue 200 times, COD 642 mg/L, organic loading 1.445 kg/m 3·d, and HRT 10.0 h, the removal rate of colour can achieve 92.3%, and the removal rate of COD 62.9%. Upon the establishment of the mathematical model describing the immobilized sphere degrading the substrate, test result is regressionally analysed by using AEB kinetic model.
