摘　　要：采用改良的邻苯三酚自氧化法对41例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者和20例健康对照进行血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的测定,发现SLE患者血清SOD水平明显低于对照组;活动期与缓解期之间SOD值无明显差别;血清SOD水平与患者IgA呈中度正相关;口服维生素E治疗对SLE患者SOD水平无明显影响。作者认为血清SOD与SLE的自身免疫过程有关,值得进一步探讨。The serum level of Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) was found to be lower in 41 patients with SLE than in normal controls. And the disease activity did not affect the SOD level significantly. There might exist correlation between SOD and immunological abnormalities to some extent. Vitamin E was not responsible for SOD activity. The authors suggested that the serum level of SOD was involved in the autoimmune process of SLE.
