摘  要:进行了Soda—AQ麦草浆单氧强化氧气漂白试验,氧漂浆的H。O。漂白试验以及样品的X一射线衍射研究等。结果表明,在实验条件下,当NaOCI/H。O。比例为l:2时,单氧强化预处理所得浆的硬度降低率、白度、粘度及结晶度均达最佳值;Soda—AQ麦草浆纤维的结晶度较低,(101)面峰和(101)面峰重选,但均呈纤维素1晶态。氧漂前EDTA预处理及氧漂时添加Mg’“,使氧漂浆粘度有所提高,但白度下降。单氧是Soda—AQ麦草浆氧漂的一种有效强化剂。Reinforced oxygen delignification of soda-AQ wheat straw pulp pretreated with singlet oxygenwas conducted. Experimental results showed that the optimal ratio between NaClO and H2O2 is 1: 2. Withoptimized pretreatment, pulps of lower KMnO4 number, improved brightness, greater viscosity and bettercrystallinity can be obtained. Pretreatment with EDTA accompanied by addition of Mg2+ 10n can bring abouta slight increase in viscosity and a remarkable brightness drop. X-ray diffraction analysis of pulp samples in-dicates that the crystallinities of the pulp fibers are lower. The(101)peaks and (101) peaks are overlappingeach other, and the crystallinity of the pulp fiber belongs to cellulose I. With an effective pretreatment withsinglet oxygen, soda-AQ wheat straw pulp can be easily bleached up to 80%SBD brightness in a short se-quence of O2 and HzO2 .
