摘　　要：目的 建立熊胆丸中龙胆苦苷的反相高效液相色谱法。方法 采用Polarls C_(18)柱,流动相为甲醇-水(25:75);检测波长为270 nm。结果 龙胆苦苷的进样量在0.184～0.920μg范围内与其峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),平均加样回收率为97.72％,RSD为0.88％。结论 该方法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于熊胆丸的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a RP-HPLC method to determine the content of gentiopicroside in Xiongdan pills. METHODS The condition of RP-HPLC was Polaris C18 column, methanol-water (25:75) as the mobile phase; the detection wavelength was 270 nm. RESULTS The calibration cure was linear ranging from 0. 184μg to 0. 920μg of gentiopicroside (r=0. 9994). The average recovery and the relative standard deviation of puerarin were 97. 72% and 0. 88% respectively. CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Xiongdan pills.
