摘　　要：描述了雷达极化问题的基本概念 ,提出了两类铁氧体全 (变 )极化器的机制。从理论上解决了这种器件的收发功能 。In this paper ,a basic conception of the problem on radar polarimetry is described. Two types of ferrite all variable polarizer and its polarization mechanism are proposed. The polarizer acts as all polarization received/transmitted, it can be used in polarization scan and polarization receive technique in polarimetric radar.
