摘　　要：利用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC) ,采用 15 0mm× 4.6 0mmLUNA 5 μC1 8色谱柱和示差折光检测器 ,以超纯水为流动相 ,分析样品中二季戊四醇的质量分数 ,获得了满意的效果 ,线性相关系数为 0 9997,变异系数为 0 1%～ 0 3%A HPLC method for the analysis of weight percentage of dipentaerythritol in samples is developed. LUNA 5 μC18 column of 150 mm×4.60 mm and differential refractive index detector are used with superpure water as mobile phase. The results obtained are satisfactory. The linear correlation coefficient is 0.9997, and the coefficient of variation is 0.1% [similar to] 0.3%.
