福州地区婴幼儿人芽囊原虫病  

A Research on Infants' Blastocytisasis in Fuzhou Region

摘　　要：本文以涂片法、染色法、厌氧培养法,首次在福州地区腹泻的婴幼儿粪便中检出入芽囊原虫20例,阳性率8.59/(20/234),并对该虫的形态做了描述和讨论。同时发现细胞免疫功能与本病相关,而贫血与否与本病无关,甲硝唑的疗效满意。We report Blastocystis hominis was found, with smear,staining ,anaerobic culture method, in 20 children with diarrhea for the first time in Fuzhou region. The positive rate was 8. 5%(20/ 234)and the morphology of b. hominis was described and discussed. We found that this disease connected with cell immunity. However, it had nothing to do with anemia. Satisfactory results were obtained by treatment with metronidazole.
