摘　　要：加强医院的网络化建设是加速医院适应现代化建设的需要，必须切实抓好。但在医院网络化建设中应把握：①工作一次到位，实现网络三全三通。其中设施是基础，网络硬件是关键，故应把好资格关、价格关、监控关。保证三全，即软件系统上得全、站点分布全、人员培训全。实现三通，即医疗信息通，经济信息通，物质信息通。②医院领导要着力抓，保证经费落实，责任到人。①抓好全员技术培训。④要有有效的管理手段作保障，如进行动态讲评，及时监控，解决数据不准和瓶颈工程等，防止夹生饭，减少浪费。It is imperative to genuinely strengthen the construction of hospital networks since they are crucial to speeding up modemized hospital construction. Attention ought to be paid to the following aspects in conducting the work. ①The networks ought to be put in place once and for all. As the fecilities are the basis, with the network hardware being the crux of the matter, it is important to make checks at qualifications, Prices and supervision, ensure the installation of complete sets of software systems, all-round distribution of stations and thening of the entire personnel, and realize accessibility of medical information, economic information and material infomation. ②Hospital leaders ought to attach great importance to the work, making sure that the funds are in place and delegation of responsibility is clear. ③Technical training of the entire personnel ought to be emphasized. And ④ effective management means, such as dynamic reviews, timely supevision and solution to probleme of inexact data and hottleneck projects, ought to be in place as guarantees against half-completed projects and waste.
