摘 要:魔角自旋(MAS)速率对种籽内多聚合物CPMAS^(13)CNMR波谱有明显的影响。在MAS低速率1.0k时,20—40PPM化学位移区信息强度较强,174PPM信息强度较弱或有被隐藏的趋势。在MAS高速率4.0k时,20—40PPM区信息强度减弱或者消失,而174PPM处信息强度增强,线条分裂增多,被隐藏的信息也出现。籽蒿种籽和绵蓬种籽内聚合物及细胞壁结构不同。There are influence singnificantly on the CPMAS13 CNMR of polymer of living seeds at MAS spining various speed. At MAS spining low 1.0k speed, the intensity signal at 20—40ppm region of chemical shift are stronger than spining high speed 4. 0k and intensity signal at 174 ppm are weaker than that 4. 0k. By contrary , at MAS spining high speed 4.0k, the intensity signal at 20—40ppm are weaker than that 1.0k, at same speed, intensity signal at 174ppm are stronger than that 1.0k, and many singal obscured are discover. This polymer and structure of cell wall in living seeds of artemisia sophaerocephela krasch and corisperocephala patelliforme is different.
