自体颅骨瓣皮下埋藏后再植的动物实验和临床应用

摘　　要：研究证实:自体颅骨瓣皮下埋藏可存活,再植后愈合良好.超过3个月将吸收变薄,钻孔的骨瓣吸收较少.碎颅骨片可对合固定埋藏后再植.骨膜保留与否无明显差别.再植时间以2个月内为宜.This study confirmed that skull valve implanted in the subcutaneous layer maight live, then replantation, the healing effect was good.After 3 months, it will get thinner due to absorbing.The valve drilled holes will be absorbed less.The broken skull pieces can be put together and fixed for replantation.It had no obvious difference to retain periosteum or not.The replantation properly time was two months.
