摘　　要：本文报告了28例脑外科重危患者三重酸碱平衡紊乱。其中呼碱型24例,呼酸型4例,病死率为50％。脑外科重危患者易引起体内酸碱平衡紊乱。三重酸碱平衡紊乱时血气表现非常复杂,重点讨论了其诊断方法及治疗原则。The triple acid-base disorder (TABD) in 28 critically patients with neurosurgical ill are reported.Twenty-four of the 28 cases were of TABD with respiratory alkalosis and the other A with respiratory acidosis.The total mortality reached 50%.The acid-base unbalunce in the critically patients with neurosurgical ill can result from various factors such as respiratory.metabolic,pathologic and i-atrogenic changes.It was demonstrated that the menifestation of blood gas in TABD is very complicated.The diagnostic method and treatment principles of these disorders were discussed.
