消渴降糖胶囊中总黄酮测定方法的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨准确实用的测定消渴降糖胶囊中总黄酮含量的方法。方法 :利用正交优选法确定提取总黄酮的方式 ,以芦丁作对照品 ,于 5 10 nm处比色测定。结果 :含量测定回收率为 96 .3% ,RSD=0 .6 0 8%。结论 :采用加热回流提取总黄酮 ,以芦丁作对照品 ,比色测定的方法 ,可以测定消渴降糖胶囊中的总黄酮含量 ,方法简便、准确、快速、重现性好。Objective: To search for the accurate and practical measurement of total flavones in the Decreasing Diabetes Capsule Methods: To determine the way of extracting the total flavones by optimun seeking intersectly method, then with the rutinum as a contrast, the flavones have been measured by spectrophotometer on the wave lenth of 510nm Results: The recovery rate of the measurement is 96 3% and the RSD is 0 608% Conclusion: The total flavones of the Decreasing Diabetes Capsule can be measured by extracting in circumfluence, and spectrophotometer with the rutinum as a contrast The method is simple,accurate,quick and reliable at reappearance
