南草蜥的Ag-NORs和精巢染色体研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究南草蜥的 Ag- NORs、二价体及单倍体。方法 :采用常规空气干燥法制片 ,10 % Giemsa液染色。结果 :南草蜥 Ag- NORs位于 NO.18上 ,其精巢组织细胞中单倍体染色体数目及二价体数目为 2 0 ,二价体形状各异 ,其中有特异性的十字形二价体。结论 :南草蜥为蜥蜴类中较原始的种 ,其精子中可能包含有 2 0条染色体 。Objective: To study the Ag NORs ,haploid and tetrad of Takydromus Sexlineatus Meridionalis Gunther Methods: Making specimen slices in dry air ,staining the specimen slices with 10%Giemsa solution Results: Its Ag NORs are located on the NO 18;the number of tetrads and the chromosomes of the haploid are both 20,and there is a crossed tetrad in the various shapes tetrads Conclusion: There are 20 chromosomes in its spermatozoon ,and the crossed tetrad can be regarded as a character of Saurta
