摘　　要：从绝缘子污闪机理出发 ,指出了带电绝缘子清洗的必要性 ;经过多年试验研究 ,证实了水冲洗效果最佳。开发的水冲洗工程车采用劈相机系统作动力系统 ,技术成熟 ,成本低廉 ,系统简单 ,保护可靠。Necessity to clean the powered insulators is pointed out while explaining the mechanism of flashes caused by contaminated insulators. Years of experimental studies confirm that water washing is the most efficient way of cleaning. The developed water washing engineering vehicle, with converter as its power system, and with proven technology, features low cost, simple system and reliable protection.
