大鼠脑移植血管重建的观察研究

摘　　要：把Wistar胎鼠脑皮质组织移植到同种大鼠的脑缺损腔内。于植后6月,18个月存活的情况下分批处死。采用Niss染色,墨汁灌注作光镜和电镜观察;部分作ABS灌注电子探针超微扫描观察。结果表明脑移植组植入胎脑存活生长,移植物与受体脑之间重建血循环。重建血管构筑特点为,以植入物周边向心性延伸分枝供血。为临床脑移植研究提供参考依据。Transplantations of fetal Wistar-rat brain tissue into cerebral hemisphere of adult rats were performed.After 6 and 16 months,the grafted tissue blocks were removed and studied morphologically.In some animals,ink was injected for observing the vascular architecture (LM,TEM); in others,ABS was injected for electron probe scanning.The results showed that the new capillaries of hosts was extending into the blocks; the revascularization was found in the grafted tissue,and its blood sup- ply stemmed from its peripheral capilaries cen-tripetally.Scientific evidence was provided for clinical brain transplantation.
