摘　　要：采用动态链接技术 ( DLL)实现 PLC与 PC之间的串行通信 ,介绍了利用 VC指令编制直接访问端口地址以及处理字符串的功能函数 ,并且创建串行通信动态链接库 ( DLL)和用 VB调用DLL的方法 .文中给出 DLL应用实例 ,实现了对动态数据的采集和处理 ,使得上位计算机能实时监控 PLC的运行状态 ,并对 PLC的 RAM区数据进行管理操作 ,用户可以方便地设计 PLC-PC的通信程序 ,为监控与管理The serial communication between PLC and PC is realized by dynamic link library (DLL). This paper mainly introduces a method of directly accessing interface address and the function of processing a string of character and creating an online monitoring dynamic link library (DLL) using Visual C ++ instruction, and expounds a means that DLL is transferred by VB.It gives an example that DLL is applied, realizes the collection and treatment of dynamic dates, makes the upper computer monitor the operation of PLC and masters the dates of RAM region of PLC. User can design conveniently the communication program of PLC PC, and provide a better method for monitoring and mastering the operation of PLC.
