摘 要:本实验是将一个特制的环形传感器在全麻体外循环下植入7条正常犬的二尖瓣环处,从而测得在不同血流动力学条件下二尖瓣环舒缩力的变化信号,经过信号处理仪按标定系数计算得到实际测量的力值。结果发现:二尖瓣环舒缩力信号为双峰波形,其中前峰较小与心房收缩舒张时程相对应,后峰较大与心室收缩舒张时程相对应。因此我们认为:前峰代表房性环舒缩力,后峰代表室性环舒缩力。在心肌收缩力恢复到术前状态及增强心肌收缩力时,室性环舒缩力的大小分别为211.9±52.0g和406.7±63.6g。以这种实际测量的小瓣环中点指向大瓣环的集中力为基础,通过力学分析,可推算出测试环所承受的均布力,二尖瓣环两纤维三角支点承受的力以及这两支点指向测试环中心的力。随着瓣膜外科的发展,人们越来越重视二尖瓣环舒缩力的意义。由于国内外尚来见到类似报道,因此,本研究为新型二尖瓣环(软环)及新型人工瓣膜的研究提供了粗略的力学数据和量级概念。<ABSTRACT> The proceeding of this experiment is that, firstly, implanting a sp- ecal cycle sensor at mitral valve annulus of the anasthetic normal dogs (total 7 ) under the extracorporeal circulation; secondly, measuring the electric signals of the diastolic and systolic force of mitral valve annul- us in the different hemodynamic; finally, calculating the real measuring force on the calibration coefficient by using signal processor. The results indicated that the signals of the diastolic and systolic fo- rce of mitral valve annulus were two-peak wave. The front peak was smaller and corresponded to atrial contraction,and the back peak was bi- gger and corresponded to ventricular contraction. Hence, it could be de- claired that the front peak standed for the diastolic and systo1ic force of mitral valve annulus in atrial contraction, and the back peak standed for the diastolic and systolic force of mitral valve annulus in ventricul- ar contraction and it was 211 .9±52 .0g and 406. 7±63. 6g respectively of when the myocardial contractility returned to the codition of pre-opera- tion and increased. According to the measuring concentrated force which directed to anterior annulus of mitral valve from the middle point of postiror annulus, we have calculated the even force loaded on the testing ring, theforce loaded the left and right fibrous trigones of heart as well as the force which directed to the center of testing ring from the two fi- brous trigones. The meaning of the diastolic and systolic force of mitral valve ann- ulus have been paid more and more attention with the developing of he- art valve surgery.
