摘 要:采用微偏转磁场对电子束实行附加偏转的方法测量电子束着屏误差 ,使电子束着屏点在一个粉条宽度范围内连续精确可调 ,利用 (ChargeCoupleddevice)图像传感器和图像采集与处理技术 ,建立了自动测试系统。通过标准光栅的测试验证 ,表明该系统稳定可靠、精度高、一致性好 。An automatic measurement system for CPT electron beam landing screen error was set up by means of CCD image sensor and image processing technology, A Mini-Deflection Coil come into being a continuous displacement to electron beam landing screen point within one phosphor stripe range. A novel arithmetic dealt with the image of phosphor stripe. This system was tested by standard raster, The absolute error reduces to 5 ~{&L~}m and the relative error is smaller than 5%. The result shows that this system has a high measuring accuracy, consistency and stability. It provides an advanced testing tool for studying the CPT of High-Definition Television.
