摘　　要：应用同一批三价脊髓灰质炎活疫苗(TOPV),于夏季分别在我国吉林、湖北和广西壮族自治区观察人群的基础免疫应答.3次免疫后发现,Ⅰ、Ⅲ型,吉林儿童的血清中和抗体阳性率高于广西儿童,且有显著性差异,抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)北方高于南方,吉林与湖北、广西之比,除了吉林与广西Ⅲ型之比外,其他皆有显著性差异。A trial of primary immune response of tri-valent oral Polio(TOPV) was carried out in the summer of 1988 in Jilin, Hubei and Guangxi Provinces. The susceptible infants at age of 2~12 months were immunized with three doses of TOPV at an interval of four weeks. The positive rates of neutralizing antibody to Polio type Ⅰ and Ⅲ of children in Jilin were higher than that in Guangxi, and there were significant differences between them. The GMT of neutralizing antibody to Polio type Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ of children in the Northern China were higher than that in the Southern China. There were significant differences in positive rates of neutralizing antibodies to others type of Polio in these area, except Polio type Ⅲ in Jilin and Guangxi.
