摘 要:为了使单抗用于骨髓净化和导向药物的研究,应用分泌抗急非淋M_2和M_5型单抗1D_1和1A_1,观察对正常骨髓粒-单核细胞集落形成单位(CFU-GM)的影响。结果实验组与对照组比较无显著性差异,说明单抗对CFU-GM没有影响,不损伤正常骨髓造血干细胞,为M_2和M_5型单抗用于骨髓净化和导向药物的研究提供实验依据。In order to use McAb for the purification of bone marrow and study of missile drug, the effect of monoclonal antibody to acute non-lymphocytic leukemia (type M_2 and M_5) on CFU-GM was observed using cell strains 1D_1 and 1A_1, which could secrete monoclonal antibody to acute non- lymphocytic leukemia type M_2 and type M_5 respectively. No significant difference was found between the results observed in trial group and control group. It suggested that McAbs had no effect on CFU- GM could not damage normal bone marrow hemopoietic stem cells. The result provided basis for purification of bone marrow and study of missile drug.
