抗HIV-1 rgp41的鼠源性单克隆抗体的制备及其应用

摘　　要：用重组抗原rgp41免疫BALB/c小鼠,得到一株分泌单克隆抗体的细胞系(8D),其所分泌的单抗经免疫印迹法证明为抗gp41的特异性抗体。应用ELISA竞争抑制法,以该单抗检测了49份阳性血清,其敏感性达95％,同时检测了25份正常人血清,其特异性达100％。A hybridoma cell strain (8D) was obtained by immunizing BALB/c mice with HIV-re- combinant gp41. Western blot demonstrated that the monoclonal antibody secreted by the cell stiain was specific to gp41. 49 positive sera and 25 normal sera were detected by competitive inhibition ELISA respectively. The results showed that the sensitivity reached 95%, and the specificity reached 100%.
