培养基免封口培养技术

摘　　要：本文报道了用塑料袋生产菌种或进行栽培的一种包装、封口新方法。此方法的关键是在培养基包装扎口时,用一根硬质材料将袋口插入事先打好的培养基中央孔内。经10万袋各种菌种生产及栽培生产的检验,证明此方法简便易行,能有效地控制污染,提高成品率,缩短培养时间,降低生产成本,且培养基通气良好,菌丝体生活力强,菌龄一致。In this paper,we reported an new packing and closing method which was suitable for production spawns and culturing ones with plastic bags.The key of the method was that the mouth of a bag was inserted into the contral hole of the medium prepared in advan- ced with a stiff material when packing and closing medium.We producted and cultured 100,000 various bags of spawn,the results showed that the method was simple and easy, controled pollution effectively,increased the rate of the end products,shorted cultural time and reduced production costs.Moreover,the modium was aerated well,the activity of mycelia was stronge and they were identical in growth.
