侧耳属真菌担孢子细胞核相研究

摘　　要：采用改进式海登汉氏苏木精法对侧耳属5个种17个品种的担孢子核相进行了研究,结果表明这些食用菌除了以单核担孢子为主外,还都具有含2个或2个以上细胞核的担孢子,糙皮侧耳的 NP 品种含2—5个细胞核的的担孢子的比率高达16.23%,其它品种多核担孢子的百分率均在4.18%以下。The nucJear condition in the basidiospores of 17 varieties distributed over 5 species of Pleurotus had been studied by means of the modified Heidenheins Haematoxylin method for staining nuclei.Most basidiospores of these varietiesoare monkaryon,a few basidiospores are rnultinucleate (2-5nuclei).No rate of multinuclear basidiospore was found to be over 4.18%,except the rate of that of variety“NP”belonging to Pleurotus ostreatus(Jacq.:Ft.) Kummer is 16.23%.
