摘　　要：为使铁路运输企业适应市场经济的要求 ,本文试图论述对运输企业的资产、管理模式、业务流程进行重组 ,促使其建立现代企业制度 ,提升其市场竞争力 .In order to meet the needs of market economy, the railway corporations should reengineer the assets, management model, business process, and set up modern enterprise institution, and improve the competition ability. This paper also discusses how to deal with the problems in the course of reengineering.
