摘　　要：分析了铁路现行全国统一管制价格体制的不足之处 ,论述了在铁路运输业实施差别定价策略的市场基础与优点 ,并论证了按淡。Based on the analysis of the defects of prevailing price mechanism in railway department, this paper discusses the marketing bases and advantages of differential price policy, and proves the rationality and possibility of differential price policy carried in two conditions in which market is differently subdivided by busy season and low season or region.
