摘　　要：政府主导型制度变迁 ,是金融制度变迁的路径依赖之一。改革开放以来 ,我国重要的金融制度变迁无一不是在政府供给主导下进行的 ,而且 ,在相当长时期内将是我国中央银行制度变迁的主导方式。The institutional change oriented by the government is an important kind of path dependence for the financial system changes.Since the initial stage of the reform of our country,the financial reform has been mainly conducted under the instruction of the government.Furthermore,this feature of the reform will continue for a reasonably long time as the mode of the institutional changes,this mode is determined by the specifically political,economical and financial situations of China.
