EFFECTS OF CO_2 ENRICHMENT IN RAISING VIGOROUS SEEDLINGS OF FRUITED VEGETABLE

摘  要:以黄瓜、番茄为试材进行苗期CO2 施肥试验 ,结果表明 :温室冬季每天上午CO2 施肥 3h明显促进幼苗生长 ,增加株高、茎粗、叶面积、鲜重和干重 ,降低植株水分含量 ,利于培育壮苗。与CK相比 ,黄瓜CO2施肥 2 4d后 ,70 0± 1 0 0 μL/L和 1 1 0 0± 1 0 0 μL/L处理分别使全株干物重增加 34 6 3%和 75 35 % ;番茄CO2 施肥 36d后分别使全株干物重增加 45 0 8%和 79 0 1 %。 3种条件下培育的黄瓜幼苗壮苗指数分别为 0 0 90 2 ,0 1 2 72和 0 1 978;番茄幼苗壮苗指数分别为 0 1 0 45 ,0 1 32 7和 0 1 836。与此同时 ,CO2 施肥幼苗比叶重上升 ,气孔密度增大 。The experiments were carried out to investigate effects of CO 2 enrichment on the growth of cucumber and tomato seedlings in greenhouse CO 2 enrichment for three hours every day in winter promoted obviously the growth of cucumber and tomato seedlings,namely increase of shoot height,stem thickness,leaf area,fresh weight,dry weight,and decrease in plant water content CO 2 enrichment is favourable of raising vigorous transplants Compared with the control,CO 2 enrichment at 700±100μL/L and 1100±100μL/L increased total dry matter weight of cucumber by 34 63% and 75 35% after 24 days;for tomato seedlings,45 08% and 79 01% after 36 days The vigorous seedling index of cucumber raised in three treatments(CK,700±100μL/L,1100±100μL/L)were 0 0902,0 1272,0 1978;for tomato seedlings,0 1045,0 1327 and 0 1836,respectively Moreover,seedlings with CO 2 enrichment appeared higher specific leaf weight and stomatal density,and stronger root activity
