摘　　要：介绍了镇海炼化变压吸附氢提纯装置的设计 ,提出了本设计的技术特点和先进性以及达到的效果。设计用1 0塔流程 ,为连续稳定产出氢气 ,本装置可切换成 8床、6床和 5床的抽真空变压吸附 ,氢回收率达 95 %以上。The design of PSA H 2 purification unit of Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company is described and its technical characteristics, advantages and obtained good effects are pointed out. In this design, a process with 10 towers was adopted,but to produce H 2 continuously and steadily, it can also shift to VPSA with 8 beds, 6 beds, or 5 beds. The recovery of H 2 is over 95%.
