兔轮状病毒致病性研究

摘　　要：以云南腹泻死亡幼兔类内分到的AN_1和AN_2两株兔轮状病毒对40～50日龄日本大耳兔口服接种。于接种后2～4天,有4/7只接种兔出现轻度至中等程序的腹泻,而阴性对照兔和接种异源SA-11病毒株的兔均正常,无腹泻。收集实验患兔肠内容物,经电镜、斑点酶免联疫吸附试验、病毒空斑试验、核酸聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测及感染小肠超微结构观察,均为轮状病毒阳性,病毒滴价为10~5～10~8pfu/ml,持续排毒2～7天。When 7 Japanese big ear rabbits with age of forty to fifty days were orally inoculated rabbit rotavirus strains AN1 and AN2 isolated from fece of young rabbits dying of diarrhea, diarrhea sign appeared in four of them. But negative control rabbits and animals inoculated a strain SA-11 of rotavirus of monkey origin all were normal. The intestinal contents collected fromrabbits infected with the strains AN1 and AN2 were examined using a electron microscopy, DotELISA, virus plaque test and nucleic acid-PAGE, and the small intestive ultrastructure was observedall of which were positive for rotavirus, the virus titer being 105-108 pfu/ml and the persistepnteriod of virusexcretion being 2 to 7 days.
