1.0%。Forty- eight commercial laying hens which is one hundred seventy eight- old were divided into four group randomly, and fed with 0.08% ,0.12% ,0.15% ,0.25% available P,respectively.During the sixty- day experiment, the results indicated that the low- P diets decreased egg production, feed consumptoin and gee weight(P<0.05).The 0.12%~ 0.15% available P diets increased egg shell thickness(P<0.05).Feeding the diets in 0.08% available P,the hens presented sternum bending upto forty- five day, appeared palsy upto fifty day.The earliest sysptom in laying hens P deficiency was egg production decrease. The sternum bending and light palsy were earlier clinical diagnosis sysptom.X- rays examination presented bone density and bone cortex thickness decrease. The low- P diets decreased plasma ACP activity(P<0.05).The low- P diets decreased plasma, blood, tibia, liver, heart, kidney and yolk phosphorus content(P<0.05).It can be regarded as a laboratory dignosis target.Plasma and yolk phosphorus content had dignosis meaning in early stage of laying hens phosphorus deficiency.Their critical value was 0.4 mg/ml and 1.0% ,respectively.
